We are looking for a dedicated Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure our wholesale customers receive the best service possible.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Wholesale Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our wholesale customers. This role involves entering and processing orders, invoicing customers using QuickBooks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be extremely detail-oriented. This role also includes dealing with retail customer as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, ensuring timely and correct distribution.
  • Invoicing: Use QuickBooks to create and manage invoices for wholesale customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with wholesale clients via phone and email to confirm orders, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Detail Orientation: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Problem Solving: Handle any order discrepancies or customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes and customer service practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food service industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and other order management systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Problem Solver: Capable of resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with wholesale distribution processes.
  • Experience working in a family-owned business environment.
