Job Description

• Support our commitment to our customers by working to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Understand and carry out the decisions, policies, and directives of upper management.
• Dispatch crews and technicians.
• Receive incoming telephone calls. Assess and dispatch service calls.
• Utilize all personnel and equipment in the most efficient manner.
• Review all possible loads to ensure we meet the customers' requirements.
• Communicate with customers.
• Provide a positive environment whereby the technicians and our associates can reach their daily goals.
• Consistently follow-up with the customer to ensure completion and satisfaction
• Ability to think “Out of the Box” and be creative

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1-year verifiable experience within a similar work environment.
• Experience in the plumbing, drainage, and foundation waterproofing industry a plus
• An energetic self-starter that is able to multi-task.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn our current dispatch system.
• Must be able to operate in a busy office environment and able to direct the workflow of technicians and their movements and assisting in their needs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Skills or experience with personal computers, including electronic E-mail, personal scheduling, word processing
• A valid state driver’s license
