We are committed to consistently delivering value-adding services, and we do this through our greatest asset: our employees.

Hours: 8:30-5pm, plus as needed

Compensation: Base $115,000 - $130,000 plus performance bonus

Position Overview:

The SBU President will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and development initiatives within the training and workforce development business unit of On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd., dba ReadyToWork®. This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience in business expansion, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The SBU President will collaborate with executive leadership of On-Target to set strategic direction, optimize processes, and capitalize on market opportunities to achieve organizational objectives. The SBU President will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the training and workforce development business unit, making a significant impact on its long-term viability and competitiveness in the market. This position will also be responsible for oversight of training initiatives for On-Target employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the business unit’s strategic plan aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and ensure accountability.

Business Development:

  • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients, expand market share, and enhance revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions to support growth objectives.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee operational activities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and allocate resources strategically.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide inspirational leadership to motivate and empower teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and workforce development solutions that meet client needs.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and enhance service offerings.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to protect the company’s reputation and financial interests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in business development, operations, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in the training and workforce development industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture.
