Material Handler Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm M-F

Material Handler Position Overview:

***Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions***

We are seeking a Warehouse Employee who is highly skilled in computer operations, has the ability to assist in warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to follow work instructions meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer Operations: Manage warehouse data, maintain accurate records, and use warehouse management software.
• Warehouse Assistance: Assist in various warehouse operations as needed.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move goods within the warehouse.
• Teamwork and Individual Work: Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
• Inventory Management: Experience in inventory management and stock control.

Qualifications:

• Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills are required.
• Forklift Experience: Previous forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Language Skills: Bilingual candidates will be given preference.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and individually.
• Inventory Experience: Prior experience in inventory management is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise in warehouse operations.
• Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Basic understanding of equipment maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of warehouse machinery.
• Customer Service Orientation: Willingness to assist customers or clients with inquiries or requests when necessary.
