The Corporate Outfitting Director will oversee the Corporate Outfitting Department. If your ideal challenge includes meeting and exceeding sales projections, overseeing budgets and team management, this might be up your alley!

How your day will look: Operations:

  • Develop and maintain processes, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team to enhance customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and grow sales
  • Communicate regularly with executive leadership, providing updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Establish long-term operation objectives and opportunities that are aligned with organizational business goals
  • Create and manage the corporate outfitting operating budget
  • Adjust departments’ activities, SOPs, and practices to meet or exceed key performance metrics and customer service level goals and on-time deliveries

Sales:

  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding corporate outfitting fiscal year sales targets
  • Create and implement a strategic sales strategy to grow corporate outfitting
  • Develop and maintain exceptional account relationships that lead to collaborative account management
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales generation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • In collaboration with the marketing department, develop and oversee the functionality of the corporate outfitting website
  • Direct community outreach, plan and execute tradeshows to grow awareness of the corporate outfitting department.

Service/Production:

  • Ensure a high standard of quality control and output of services
  • Oversee the production process and ensure that service targets are met
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

Leadership:

  • Hire, train, and develop team and assist in development and implementation of performance management processes, along with individual/team recognition for strong performance and timely intervention on all performance/behavioral concerns
  • Work collaboratively and communicate regularly across multiple departments within the company (merchandising, accounting, marketing, and retail floors)

You need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to think strategically
  • Experience managing large budgets and overseeing a team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the desire to build lasting relationships internally and with retail partners
  • Travel required
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize, and summarize complex financial information
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in a timely and focused manner
  • Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role in building a solid foundation for future growth
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
