MOSS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for K-12 to cover the state of Illinois. **Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager for the K-12 market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographical area, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and update customer information
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to market products effectively
