Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and with discretion, and strong critical thinking skills.
Core responsibilities and main tasks:
1. Primary responsibility for payroll entry, maintenance, processing, reporting, and training.
2. Administer employee benefits, leave, and Worker’s Compensation.
3. Support activities related to full employment life cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
4. Generate monthly personnel reports for Americas Division and others upon request.
5. Provide administrative support to Holland Pigments.
6. Represent department in internal and external audits.
7. Serve as a resource to employees and vendors.
8. Backup Human Resource Administrative Assistant during absences.
Requirements:
· Associate degree in Human Resources or minimum of two years’ relevant experience. HR certification strongly preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and capability to learn other software as applicable.
