Ascent Hospitality is looking for a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as a Area/ Cluster Sales Manager for its properties in Meridian, MS!
Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide sales support to the hotels, working in inclination with the GM at the property.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology sales
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or outside sales
- Strong sales skills, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
