Customer Service Representative
Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC is an industry leading structural adhesive manufacturer. In our 13th year of business, we are looking for long-term career minded individuals to grow with us. This position offers a starting hourly pay rate of $18 per hour. After successful completion of probationary period, EBS, LLC offers 100% EMPLOYER PAID Health Insurance, 50% paid dental insurance, 100% paid life and AD&D insurance, along with option to purchase additional supplemental insurance benefits and employee 401k plan. If you have an excellent attendance record and can multi-task in a fast paced setting, you are encouraged to apply.
The Customer Service Representative(CSR) will provide effective service for all customers using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with other team members. The CSR is responsible for processing orders received by email. The CSR will assist and work closely with the Sales Team. The CSR will have a pleasant disposition aimed at ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction. 
Essential Functions of this Position:
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their purchase orders, ship dates, and product knowledge requests
  • Process customer orders / changes / returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Processes new customer requests using ISO Procedures
  • Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns and keep accurate data information logs
  • Review customer orders received for correctness of pricing and nomenclature prior to entering and confirming
  • Promptly inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
  • Computes price, discounts and shipping charges as required
  • Maintains customer name and address database
  • Transmits new pricing to all customers
  • Support outside sales reps
  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Has thorough knowledge of how to use available resources such as the internet, regulatory websites and regulatory books
Job Requirements will include but are not limited to: 
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 3 Years Prior Customer Service Experience with Proven /Verifiable Track Record
  • Routine problem solving of customer issues and complaints
  • Must demonstrate computer proficiency
  • Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Suite is a MUST
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills; ability to solve problems independently
  • Sage Accounting Software knowledge a plus
  • ISO 9001:2015 knowledge, ability to follow procedure

Physical Demands:
This is a largely sedentary role, however, some filing or light physical activity is required. The position will require the ability to lift files or boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position may require walking primarily on level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout a workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may lift up to 25 pounds for files, paper, or product. While performing the duties of this job, you may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
