Our rapidly growing team here at Customer Contact Services (CCS) is looking to hire highly motivated Member Service Representatives.
CCS is a call center/answering service that has been providing solutions to businesses and employment opportunities to individuals for over 45 years. The MSR position is dedicated to primarily answering inbound calls for medical programs as well as other CCS clients. The work environment is fast paced, customer focused, and team oriented. We are seeking sharp and energetic Member Service Representatives to join our team!
As the voice of CCS, we maintain a polite, professional demeanor while managing to take care of the needs of the caller. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Three week “Remote” Training is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30 pm CST.
Attendance during training is mandatory.
After training work hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:15 pm CST with a minimum of 8 hours on weekends.
CCS provides work at home equipment for in-home set up prior to training.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent
