Position Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for understanding the hiring needs of the company and successfully filling all open positions in a timely manner while working with the HR team to ensure an excellent candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for performing full cycle recruiting, in a fast-paced environment.

This role is open to a hybrid work environment, with the company headquarters located in Minnetonka, MN.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Post, manage, and fill job requisitions through the ATS system, LinkedIn and really in a timely manner.
  • Source and recruit team members in all areas of the company.
  • Collaborate with managers to gain a thorough understanding of the qualifications and expectations for the position.
  • Review resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates for specific roles.
  • Utilize reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.
  • Acquire proficiency in utilizing Culture Index for recruitment and selection purposes.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screens and virtual interviews.
  • Clearly communicate job duties and expectations to applicants during the interview process.
  • Communicate via phone and email with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate with the HR team to transition candidates to onboarding.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Understand and follow the recruiting process.
  • Track and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline.
  • Follow EEO and other hiring laws to ensure all screening, hiring, and candidate selections are done in accordance with the law.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to HR managers and team members.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee files and databases.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of fast pace full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in effectively managing time and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision making skills
Preferred:
  • Prior call center recruiting experience
  • Associates degree, or higher, in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements associated with computer work
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
  • Lift up to 10 pounds
