Cavallo is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sales, marketing, and customer service operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and data integrity.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet Cavallo's evolving business needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation processes using Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules) to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce by implementing best practices for data cleansing, deduplication, migration, and maintenance.
• Collaborate cross functionally to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications (as necessary), ensuring seamless data flow and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and metrics to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features to maximize user adoption and proficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, processes, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, data management, and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is desirable.
