Britto Central Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant candidate to join their team of professionals. The Admin Assistant would perform a variety of administrative and front office tasks. The Administrative Assistant is crucial in greeting, assisting and providing direction to employees, vendors, and guests and providing support to our managers and employees by assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Reception Duties
· Greets clients, screens visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
· Logs names in guest book, release waiver forms and provides visitor badges.
· Maintains parking log
· Maintains bag check log
· Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
· Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Ensures the mail is received by the accurate dept.
Admin Duties
· Performs administrative and clerical support tasks within company ERP system, Acumatica
· Performs basic filing and record keeping.
· Requesting and restocking kitchen supplies on a weekly basis
· Creating excel documents when needed to organize artworks and display specification
· Create user profiles and orders within system
· Compile supportive materials upon request
· Create labels for operations department
· Complete weekly transfer reports and presentations
· Assist departments when necessary
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum High School diploma and or General Education Diploma (GED), and or equivalent
· 1 year of receptionist experience
· Must be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently
· Strong problem solving skills
· Demonstrates ability to complete assigned task in timely manner
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Diplomatic, tactful and high energy personality · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
