Boss Exteriors is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Canby, OR

Boss Exteriors Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Canby, Oregon. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales revenue for our company. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, providing you with the opportunity to earn a competitive income while representing a reputable and growing company in the exterior home improvement industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with commission opportunities ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and contractors through regular sales calls, networking events, and trade shows
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through effective prospecting and market research
  • Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate customers on our products and services
  • Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
  • Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in using technology for sales and tracking purposes
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
