Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Respresentative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored fencing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new leads by reaching out directly, networking, and seeking referrals.
• Conduct consultations with customers to understand their fencing needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on our product offerings, including materials, styles, and customization options.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery and installation of fencing products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in English required
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
