Primary Job Function: In this role, you will provide customer service over a multi-line telephone, schedule field technicians, and manage service invoices and maintenance agreements. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical (50% paid for by the employer), Dental, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K
