Trinity Exteriors is Hiring an Office Administrator Office Assistant Near Prairie, MN
Salary Range $46,000-$50,000
We are looking for a dedicated customer-focused Administration Assistant to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Claims Support Office Assistant is an integral part of our operations providing support through various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support various departments.
- Assist with appointment setting.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
- Work with the Claims Department to obtain claim information for customers.
- Update contract worksheets.
- Assist with the mortgage check process for customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Insurance claim experience is a plus.
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- Outstanding customer service experience over the phone.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail with meticulous accuracy in identifying errors.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Strong MS Excel and ad hoc reporting experience.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
