Salary Range $44,000-$47,000
We are looking for a dedicated customer-focused Sales Office Admin to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Sales Admin is an integral part of our operations providing support through various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
- Appointment setter and lead intake professional.
- Weekly Sales reports.
- Provide Administrative support to our sales and finance departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in appointment setting and lead intake.
- Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, partners, and employees.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
- High-level customer service experience directly with customers.
- Strong experience using MS Excel.
- AccuLynx experience nice to have.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
