Residential Program Coordinator / QIDP - Responsible for assisting the Director of Residential Services with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of our 10 residential programs. Includes employee relations, meeting service delivery, ensuring regulatory and agency policy & procedure implementation.

Specifically, As a Residential Program Coordinator / QIDP You will

· Assist with oversight of House Supervisors

· Supervise and manage a home in the absence of a supervisor

· Participate in interviewing hiring and training candidates / employees.

· Ensuring daily service delivery, and initiate follow up if needed

· Assist with on-site supervision / observations

· Facilitate /observe fire drills, review fire drill schedule and completed fire drills.

· Participate In the Administrator on Call rotation

. Assist the Program Department with QIDP responsibilities when needed.

· Conduct internal investigations of minor occurrences

· Other duties as assigned

. Assist with DSP trainings

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have 4 years of experience supporting people with Intellectual disabilities and 3 years of experience supervising three or more people. Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and systems required. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to coach, counsel, interpret and advise. Ability to work a flexible schedule including 2 weekend days a month and evenings as needed. Experience with Electronic Record keeping a plus. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record are also required.

Pay: $62,400.00 per year
