Community Based Services is seeking a Contract or Per Diem Incident Investigator to conduct internal investigations for reportable incidents as required per OPWDD 624 Regulations.

Candidate must possess a current Justice Center Investigator Certificate, experience/knowledge working with OPWDD, experience/knowledge working with NYS Justice Center and familiar with OPWDD 624 Regulations.

Possess excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to problem solve, work independently and a flexible schedule for staff interviews.

Must be detail oriented, have computer skills, and possess excellent organizational skills

All-inclusive hourly rate.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
