Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at a resort hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in guest services, and possess a strong understanding of hotel management.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Provide multilingual support to guests as needed
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

- Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest relations
- Knowledge of night audit procedures
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for interacting with diverse guests

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
