The Administrative Assistant of the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin supports the Administration team, primarily the Shelter Services Director, with administrative tasks such as triaging communications, data entry, data reporting, etc. The Administrative Assistant may also assist other directors and key personnel throughout the organization with similar tasks such as filing documentation, assisting with meeting preparation, etc. The Administrative Assistant may also assist with special projects around the organization at times as needed.
