Job Description: 
Join our quickly growing team as our lead Sales Professional for a company that prioritizes transparency, honesty, and helping others in a time of need. We are seeking a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to integrity and authenticity in all aspects of business. As a Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in building trust and relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and promoting our services in trade shows, on social media and other outlets with sincerity and accountability. 
Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain genuine relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, concerns, and feedback while reinforcing how we can help them.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, leveraging referrals and promoting online. 
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' contents restoration needs and provide tailored solutions that prioritize transparency and honesty. 
  • Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our services and how they address their specific needs. 
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with our internal team to develop comprehensive proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing, and timelines with utmost transparency and accuracy. 
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and share insights with internal teams to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Feedback Loop: Serve as a conduit for client feedback, ensuring that their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed promptly and transparently. 
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback, and provide regular reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to continuously improve sales strategies and processes. 
Qualifications: 
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in a related industry. 
  • Authentic Outgoing Personality: Optimistic with interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients through genuine interactions. 
  • Customer-Centric: A dedication to understanding and addressing clients' needs with honesty, transparency, and empathy. 
  • Integrity and Accountability: Commitment to conducting business with the highest level of integrity, honesty, and ownership. 
  • Self-Driven: Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
