Hello,
We are looking for a reliable and highly productive team member who will help in our production plant. The primary tasks involve pressing clothes, but you will also learn to help customers, sort/clean clothes, and help with laundry.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable and highly productive team member who will help in our production plant. The primary tasks involve pressing clothes, but you will also learn to help customers, sort/clean clothes, and help with laundry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently press clothing (it's like ironing, only faster) and fold laundry to quality standards.
- Work fluidly with the team - we are constantly working together to knock a lot of work out.
- Create outstanding customer experiences and assist with checking in clothes.
- Schedule: 7am-2pm (later when busy). Everyone is expected to regularly work one evening or weekend shift.
Here is our exact hiring process:
- Apply by submitting your resume, we review, decide to go further or not.
- If so, we text you to set up a phone call at a specific time. Call back at exactly that time.
- Have your ideal number of hours per week ready and your ideal availability (please don't say "all the time," no one is really always available).
- After the call, we may get back to you to set up an interview at a specific time. Come to the interview 3-7 minutes before the specific time.
- After the interview, I'll ask you to think about things and call back at a specific time. Please call at exactly that time.
Reliability is very important to us and we are testing it throughout the interviewing process with each of the specific times.
What are we?
- We're a retail dry cleaners. People bring their suits, dresses, etc. to us and we clean and press them. We have a strong culture and a big focus on customer interactions, but you'll learn about all that later on.
