Job Title:HR Administrator
Reports To: Plant Manager / HR Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Plant Administrator position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical & human resource support duties. This position assists in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files. It also assists with timesheet processing. This position also provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs at their location. This person assists with employee onboarding and represents Rudolph Foods in its cultural journey so that new employees start learning from the first day they enter the facility. They will perform general office support functions and assist area personnel as necessary.
