TOPS HR Solutions is a local staffing agency that is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a Christian Academy in Sarasota. This is a temporary position for 1-2 weeks starting the 3rd of June.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Help create a small filing system.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
