Fusion Cell is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Gadsden, AL
Location: Gadsden, AL
Compensation: $28-$30 per hour
Work Schedule: Currently Monday – Saturday, 5-6 days/week.
Shift Details: 2nd SHIFT is 3:00pm -11:00pm; 3rd SHIFT is 11:00pm-7:00am. Non-rotating.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Maintenance Tech. you’ll use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks. You’ll determine causes of operating problems in areas including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Maintain and complete all required records
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ability to read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements
- Ability to maintain good attendance
