Our company is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Proposal Coordinator to join our team in the commercial construction sector. This role is pivotal in supporting the proposal development process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or English, and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must. This six-month contract position, beginning in April 2024, offers a competitive hourly rate of $27-$29.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, charts, and diagrams using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of proposal materials, ensuring version control and accessibility for team members.
  • Conduct quality checks on proposal documents to ensure consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Manage proposal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track proposal activity, compile metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of proposal strategies and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in proposal development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with proposal management software is a plus.
