Responsibilities
Provides information on a variety of complex customer serviceissues requiring knowledge of life and health insurance annuity andinvestment products and transactions focusing on customersatisfaction quality and efficiency.
Communicates with customers regarding service request or problems;documents evaluates and resolves customersinquiries.
Thoroughly documents all contacts andconversations; follows up as required.
Workswith other departments to complete customer requests as needed andminimize escalations.
Gains proficiency invarious administration and automated workflowsystems.
Processes complex and varied servicerequests.
Represents our customer withprofessional pride to internal and externalcustomers.
Consistently meets / exceeds setquality and productivity metrics.
Functions w / ina team based environment and actively participates in achievingteam goals. Meets / exceeds performance metrics as determined bydepartment.
Qualifications
Current FINRA Series 6 license at time of application.
High School diploma orequivalent.
Up to 1 year experience with callcenter or customer service experience / training.
Fundamental computer knowledge and maneuverability within windowapplications.
