In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support while serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries. Your primary duty will be to engage with clients and encourage them to visit our store to work with a representative. This position requires strong phone skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and adaptability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, text, and the occasional in-person interaction.
Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
Schedule appointments for clients to meet with an in-store agent
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent
