• Serve as the representative of ESC Region 13, displaying courtesy, tack, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public.
• Ensure confidentiality of oral, written and electronic information.
• Observe first-year teachers on their campuses and provide feedback to the teacher, campus administration as well as the Education Certification Program through timely detailed reports in an electronic Field App provided by Region 13 ECP
• Mentor and coach beginning teachers in the use of effective educational practices, materials, and services related to specific teaching assignments.
• Work efficiently and effectively with first year teachers, mentors, campus administration and interns Cohort Specialists
• Remain knowledgeable in current curriculum and instruction issues, educational trends and integration of technology in instruction for beginning teachers.
