a.kitchen bar, at the corner of Rittenhouse Square, is looking for a service manager with high energy, great floor presence, gracious hospitality and leadership to join our restaurant group. Executive Chef Eli Collins was recently named Best Chef in Philadelphia by Philly Mag, and our beverage program earned James Beard nominations in 2022 and 2024.
Managers are responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverage, energetic, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and determined to provide guests with an excellent dining experience. This position is paid hourly rather than salary, and is more focused on supervising service than administrative tasks with an expected time commitment of 40 hours per week. Our company is growing quickly, and there would be an opportunity to move into a full-time salaried position in the future. Previous management experience is preferred, but not required. We have an experienced and tight-knit staff, and we look forward to growing our team.
