Sweetwater Pools is Hiring an Office Admin Assistant Near Houston, TX

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week, 5-6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Start middle of April till end of September

Job Description:

Assisting employees with scheduling, questions, and payroll. Communicating with co-workers, employees, employees parents and customers on a daily basis. Staffing pools, reviewing, fixing, and completing schedules. Managing employee hours daily/weekly with respect to Fair Labor Standard Act.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and staffing logistics
  • Performance management and improvement tracking
  • Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
  • Assist with employee relations
  • Company wide committee facilitation and participation
  • Employee communication
  • Maintaining employee files and filing system
  • Managing and editing daily employee punches
  • Completing and follow-up with employee schedules
  • Completing employee payroll in a timely manner
  • Assisting a day-by day efficient operation of the HR office.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
