Position Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor at Aleteo Rooftop Restaurant is responsible for supporting daily front of house operations and providing hands on floor leadership during service. This role assists with service execution, team support, and guest engagement while upholding luxury brand standards in a high energy rooftop environment. The Restaurant Supervisor works closely with restaurant leadership to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Functions
Floor Leadership and Service Execution
- Provide active floor supervision during service periods at Aleteo Rooftop Restaurant.
- Support service flow, table management, and guest pacing.
- Ensure service standards, timing, and presentation are consistently executed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and shift execution.
Guest Experience
- Engage with guests to deliver warm, energetic, and memorable dining experiences.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate feedback to leadership.
- Represent the Aleteo brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Team Support and Training
- Support and coach servers, bartenders, and support staff during service.
- Reinforce service standards, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Lead by example in appearance, attitude, and service execution.
Operational Support
- Assist with side work, cleanliness, and organization of service areas.
- Support responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist leadership with inventory awareness and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with service procedures and policies.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Follow all company policies and brand standards.
- Report safety or service issues to management promptly.
Other Duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by restaurant leadership.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a high volume or rooftop environment.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong guest service focus and leadership presence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food and Alcohol Service Certifications required.
