XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for an EPJ Forklift and Quality Control on 2nd Shift!
Location: Garland, TX 75041
Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and experienced team members to support warehouse operations. EPJ Forklift Operators will safely move products using electric pallet jacks, while Quality Control Associates will support quality control and inventory processes. All positions involve shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an EPJ to move products onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks and verifying merchandise
- Process customer orders using RF scanners or manual methods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
Position Requirements:
- Previous EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience required; on-site evaluation required
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (bilingual Spanish/English preferred)
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, and decimals
- Basic computer skills
- Can drive a Reach Truck (for EPJ role)
- Reliable, punctual, good attitude, and able to work independently or in a team
- Recent inventory or cycle counting experience preferred
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
