Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and dependable Front Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional in appearance and communication, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, lobby, kitchen, conference rooms, and supply areas
  • Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed
  • Schedule appointments and maintain conference room/resource calendars
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as assigned
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
  • Support office operations and special projects as needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
  • Team-oriented with the ability to follow direction and work independently

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling office equipment, and telephone use
  • Ability to work at a computer and view a monitor for extended periods
  • Requires close vision, attention to detail, and the ability to focus in a busy office environment
  • Occasionally required to lift, carry, or move items up to 25–50 pounds
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Regular and reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude are essential to this role
