Accounts Payable / Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Oakland, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (DOE)

Job Summary
Seeking a reliable AP / Inventory Control Specialist to handle invoices, inventory tracking, and warehouse counts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable (AP) and assist with AR
- Track and maintain inventory records
- Perform physical inventory counts (warehouse & freezer)
- Ensure accurate data and reports
- Support daily operations as needed
Requirements
- 2 years AP/AR experience
- 2 years inventory control & physical counts
- Experience working in warehouse & freezer environments
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Additional
- Comfortable working in office warehouse
- Reliable and able to handle a fast-paced workload
