Responsibilities
- Support creation of brand elevating visual merchandising presentations to transform the business, attract new consumers and engage with current consumers.
- Implements creative concepts for brand transforming special projects.
- Prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual/marketing milestones.
- Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and transform the Brand.
- Collaborates with merchants to bring product assortments to life and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- 3 years of experience in visual merchandising. Additional experience is preferred as well as in-store visual experience.
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet quickly-approaching deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a self-starter that can work both independently and in a collaborative environment producing accurate work.
- Understanding of implementing product positioning strategies.
