Duration: - April 13th: 3pm-7pm onsite training (mandatory) - April 14th-April 18th: 8am-7pm Sale Days - April 19th: 7:15am-12pm Sale Day/Employee Day

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume coat check operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless, organized check-in and retrieval experience
• Maintain a professional, polished demeanor while interacting with clientele
• Attend mandatory training on the specified date
• Follow all event procedures and guidelines for coat handling and security
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in coat check, hospitality, event support, or guest services preferred
• Experience in luxury or high-end environments is a plus
• Ability to work at least 3 full sale days
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
