Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with merchants and cross-functional partners to execute visual merchandising strategies aligned to brand vision and business goals; manage promo areas from concept through delivery and field directives
- Oversee Monday.com workflows to track sign requests, ensuring accuracy across graphic tracking, artwork approvals, and store execution
- Manage product samples, displayers, and visual elements to ensure store sets align with merchandising objectives; partner with fixture vendors and approve installation guidelines
- Maintain consistency of in-store visual standards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and a cohesive store experience across locations
- Partner cross-functionally with Space Planning, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure accurate product information, planograms, and seamless store set execution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in retail, visual merchandising, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, visual marketing, or similar, with demonstrated ownership and decision-making experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with external vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
