Responsibilities

  • Conducting research supporting qualitative studies such as usability testing and user interviews.

  • Synthesizing insights to uncover behavioral trends and user journeys.
  • Contributing to storytelling by transforming qualitative data into compelling narratives.
  • Creating and delivering presentations with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in UX research or related fields.
  • Strong foundation in qualitative research methods.
  • Ability to translate user behaviors into intuitive insights.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to varied audiences.
