Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track product samples for new launches in partnership with buying teams
- Monitor product deliveries and follow up on late shipments for new brands and launches
- Collaborate with Marketplace team to prioritize 3P brand launches for GlamLab integration
- Photograph, label, and document makeup swatches using iOS/macOS tools
- Extract and manage hex color values from swatches using Photoshop
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Passion for beauty with knowledge of cosmetics and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint preferred
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Photoshop preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
