What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and quality
- Train, mentor, and motivate BOH team members
- Maintain food quality and recipe accuracy during service
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and prep organization
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal specials
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude under pressure
- Support the brand’s commitment to a fun, welcoming, and guest-focused atmosphere
- 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or lead cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for fresh, approachable, and flavorful cuisine
- Proficiency in basic kitchen technology and systems (POS, inventory, scheduling)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
