What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant or bar
- Experience in bistro, cocktail-driven, or hospitality-focused environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards
- Provide warm, engaging service to guests at the bar and dining room
- Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, and menu offerings
- Execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock and prep bar ingredients and supplies
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- $16 per hour tips
