You’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a seamless bar experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service at the bar and throughout the venue
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and efficiency
- Maintain expert knowledge of Dudley’s cocktail menu, seasonal specials, and classic recipes
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle payments
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Set up and break down bar stations before and after service
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or lounge
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
