Role Description This is a full-time role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will develop visual assets that support brand initiatives across digital and print channels, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and in-venue materials. Responsibilities include designing graphics that reflect each concept’s unique aesthetic, creating logos and branding elements, and selecting typography that aligns with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, operations, and creative teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual stories, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining consistency across all design touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming concepts, iterating based on feedback, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and refine visual identities for multiple concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout to ensure clear, cohesive, and visually engaging communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and familiarity with digital and print production processes.
- Experience designing for hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is beneficial, along with an understanding of visual storytelling and brand strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
