If you strive towards excellence and are dedicated to enhancing your skills and knowledge, we welcome you to apply!Responsibilities:Supervise the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when neededSupport the Executive Chef in maintainig a smooth and efficient serviceOrder and Inspect for quality all food items necessary for the production of the finished menu itemsMaintain kitchen equipment following food & safety/restaurant standards of cleanliness and organizationTrack food costs as requestedEnsure that employees keep waste to a minimumRecognize the importance of employee morale and lead by examplePrevious supervisory role and a culinary training degree preferred. Verbal English, French and/or Spanish proficiency are a plus.The ideal candidate must possess superb communication skills along with a positive attitude and provide structure in a team environment with a strong work ethic and adherence to food safety protocol. This position is full-time and salary based.
