What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Wingate by Wyndham?
We are Seeking someone who is experienced in hotel front desk operations night audit or willing to train . The Front Desk Agent is responsible for taking reservations, completing day close outs , providing information to guests. This individual must be able to perform their duties while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor, even when dealing with difficult guests.
Must be able to work 11 PM - 7 AM and work alone Week ends a must
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls in a polite, respectful, accurate, helpful, and efficient manner.
- Answer questions in person or redirect customer to proper individual or department.
- Greet visitors to the department.
- Assist guests with directions.
- Complete end of day and close out the day .
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a front desk or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Proficiency in guest relations and providing excellent guest services
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Willingness to work night audit shifts i

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
