Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel work or office.
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus to handle diverse guests
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and general office procedures
Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
