Front Desk / Night Auditor – IHG-Branded Hotel (Cedar Park Area)
Part-time or Full-time | Day, Evening, or Overnight
About the Roles
We’re a well-run, IHG-branded hotel in the North Austin area looking to connect with friendly, dependable people for Front Desk and Night Audit coverage. These roles support both daytime guest service and overnight operations as we plan for future staffing needs.
This is a great fit if you’re flexible, enjoy helping guests, and are open to working different shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Provide great guest service by greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
- Run nightly audit procedures during overnight shifts
- Prepare basic written reports and logs for the morning team
- Use hotel systems and computers accurately for reservations, billing, and reports
- Help keep the lobby and front desk clean and organized
- Monitor the property overnight and follow safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong guest service mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
- Solid computer skills (data entry, basic systems, email)
- Basic math and writing skills for reports, logs, and guest communication
- Reliable and comfortable working independently when needed
- Willingness to work a mix of shifts, including overnight
- Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
