Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will create and manage release-related Change Requests within the ServiceNow platform. You will support execution by managing the requests thus ensuring timely approvals and alignment with release schedules
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Plan, manage, coordinate, communicate and deploy weekly and "on demand" (expedited / emergency) releases on a rotational basis (nights & some weekends)
Participate in additional ServiceNow release management activities: Patching, Cloning, Upgrades, Key Notifications (gathering information, drafting and distribution) and AGILE/JIRA daily standups and story tracking

4 years of Business Systems Data experience
SDLC background
Must have experience opening Change Requests and be able to use data to make risk-based decisions based on factual data in a fast-paced environment. previous
Must have large financial services experience
Strong attention to detail
ServiceNow Experience within the ITSM is a PLUS
Strong relationship building skills
